Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Toms Andre. If something isn’t right, you may return items within 14 days of delivery.

Conditions

• Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with any tags attached.
• To start a return, email tomsandreltd@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method. Please allow a few business days depending on your bank or provider.

Exchanges & faulty items

Prefer a different colour or size? Let us know and we’ll help, subject to availability. If an item arrives faulty or incorrect, contact us right away and we’ll make it right at no cost to you.
